During account setup at www.moggedai.com/setup, users enter their phone number and must check the following box before any messages are sent:

✅ The "Get Started" button is disabled until the user checks this box.
✅ No SMS messages are sent until explicit consent is given.
What You're Agreeing To
When you provide your phone number and check the consent box during MoggedAI setup, you are agreeing to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from MoggedAI at the phone number you provided.
These messages are AI-generated accountability check-ins related to the habits you set up in your dashboard.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the schedule you choose during setup:
• Every 30 minutes (most frequent)
• Every hour
• Every 2 hours
• Every 3 hours
You can adjust your schedule or pause messages at any time from your dashboard.
Costs
MoggedAI does not charge for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
How to Opt Out
Text STOP to +1 (844) 991-1147 at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Text START to re-enable, or manage from your dashboard.
